I am very happy I joined this site. I was not able to do the free yoga video of the week yesterday but I finally got around to it and it was great.

The snow is everywhere and it is impossible to go anywhere. Its okay though. I got to spend time with my little girl. I cant wait until we can do yoga toghether. Anyway I rescheduled her birthday for Christmas Eve. It should be nice. I will try to post picutures.

I might get some blockbuster and stay in yet again. I got alot to do tomorrow.

I just found this website and I think it is great! I started yoga when I was pregnant with my daughter a year ago and since then have tried to incorporate it in my life as much as I can. I was supposed to be getting ready for my little ones first birthday party but the weather is horrible here. We got 10 to 12 inches of snow!!!

I am pretty bumbed out about the whole thing but decided to do some yoga to bring my energy up. Soooo I will be taking my first free online yoga class today. Yeey me!
