3rd yoga lesson

today was my 3rd yoga lesson. mi back hurts, my legs hurt, my arms hurt a little... but its a good kind of pain. the one that lets you know you are doing it well and makes you want to keep going. I´ll do some more this week and will be leaving for a week of vacation with my family after 2 years of no vacating at all! pretty excited! i will practice yoga at the beach in the mornings. I think it will be a great heart, mind and soul opener for the next half of the year. I´m looking forward to working hard on this. It has never been hard for me to find a moment in the day for relaxation until now, thats why I´m trying this new experience. I should go through with it with a positive mind and open heart.
ok, enough of cliché lines. I guess its just something I need. Personal therapy or something. tutulu!

day 1 in yoga life... tried it before but a long time ago. got a lot of pain in my back. a lot of air stuck into my body. lots of stress i wish to release. ok... good luck to me!

I have been doing yoga for about 3 months now. I started with basic yoga. I loved how it helped me with past injuries even though i thought they had been completely heeled. Now i want to know the differences between the different types of yoga. I understand hatha and ashtanga are similar with different speeds. I enjoy a slow pace class with detail on how to hold my body. I also enjoy a challenge of a new (more difficult) pose. I am fairly in shape and do many other physical activities. My main goal in doing yoga is to alien my body the way it should be. I feel like i should learn MORE before enroling in a live class so i can get the most for my money. Does anyone have any suggestions??

My son and I just did 2 practices in a row together. It was great! He's 5 years old and loves it. See you tomorrow!

Here I am, day one and first time on My Free yoga. I am so happy to have found this site! I doubt I'll get a practice in tonight (it's bed time), but I definitely will tomorrow! YAY! I don't have to pay through the nose to do Yoga! I am so happy!

'Ello everyone!

Day one here on My Free Yoga- not sure if I'll actually get yoga in tonight or not, but I'll at least make sure to "settle in" and get acquainted.

Excuse me a moment- hungry. Need some yogurt with my yoga blog.

Anyway...my goal is to soon be starting my mornings with yoga and a walk around the block with a cup of tea. Every morning. Including the ones I need to be up for an 8am class.

This is for my husband as much as it is for me, so I've got to get it to work. I still want to be around for him when he's 102, after all :)

I missed a day because my computer needed to be repaired! But I am on to do my third yoga session on here, I am so ready to be loosey goosey and feelin' fine!

And I'm feelin the burn...I'm LOVING IT! Went for a run, did some yoga before did a cooling down afterward. I am so set for my day. I forgot how much I loved yoga and how good it makes me feel!

So I just finished my first yoga routine of the day, I'm going to do one later on tonight..ya know some evening yoga to relax and stuff. But right now I am feeling oh so energized and good feel like doing some cardio maybe i'll go running.

The first video I did was twisting away tension, I twisted alright! It was great!

I am excited to find this website. I need some balance in my life and I think yoga will help. I've done it before but definitely need to get into yoga shape.. I'm excited!
