This is my first time attempting yoga. I'm so thankful for this website. I live on a budget and can't go out and buy a bunch of tapes and DVDs Also I'm having issues downloading on my computer.
I came across this website setting up for my new years resolutions. It's already made my life easier and helped me think " I can do this!" |
