I have just signed up on this site and I am currently doing the beginner yoga classes and videos. I just did the beginner yoga video part 1 and part 2. I feel relaxed and refrreshed, I plan on doing these yoga videos in the morning and at night until I can save up money to get a yoga kit, with the dvd, mat, stretch band, and yoga block. I am now heading off to bed, and will come back tomorrow.
